Creating an account is very simple. download our app and click on “Sign Up”. All you need is a valid email address and phone number. You can also sign up with your Facebook or Google account.
Once you have signed up, you will receive a text message with an identification code to the phone number you provided which you will be asked to enter into the App to confirm the validity of your contact information. And that’s it! You now have on-demand access to beauty services and professionals whenever, wherever.
Based on your selection of several factors (e.g. Beauty Service, Location, Professional, Date, and Time) our system will provide you with a list of services and professionals that match your needs. Customers have the option to search/filter in many different ways.

The INSTAGLAM platform is available 24/7 all year around. The working hours are from 7:00 AM till 11:00 PM,booking a specific INSTAGLAM Professional or service is subject to availability.
An INSTAGLAM account is required for accessing and requesting services. However, it is possible for an account holder to book services for individuals who do not have an account.
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not accept cash payments, all payments must be processed online upon booking the service(s). We accept Visa and Mastercard
To reschedule an existing booking, customers must cancel the original booking and create a new booking (subject to availability). Please review our Cancellation Policy.

INSTAGLAM Professionals are encouraged to confirm all bookings within a certain time frame. That said, we appreciate that our INSTAGLAM Professionals may be busy with other customers and confirmation may be delayed.
The INSTAGLAM Professional should confirm bookings as per the following time-frames:
Within 24 hours - Should be confirmed under 20 minutes.
Over 24 hours - Should be confirmed under 4 hours.
Otherwise, the booking request will automatically expire, and our system will provide you with other available options that match your initial request.
We try our best to thoroughly vet each Professional/ Service Provider. Your opinion matters.

Yes, the amount depends on the INSTAGLAM Professional. Each INSTAGLAM Professional sets his/her own minimum amount.
Yes, as long as the INSTAGLAM Professionals are available and the services can be performed at the same time (for example: you can have your hair done while you are having a mani/pedi).

The duration varies depending on the service and the Professional. We have an estimate for each service which customers can view upon booking.
Unfortunately, our system has a lead time of one hour. This allows our INSTAGLAM Professionals to prepare the materials needed and reach the location on time for the booking. Please allow a minimum of 1 hour for bookings.

Working hours are the standard operating hours for the professional within INSTAGLAM’s platform which govern, but are not limited to, the following:
By setting your availability on your calendar, you are confirming that you are free to perform your offered beauty services at that specific day and time.
Customers can book your service at any time according to your set availability.
YOU CAN ALWAYS CHANGE YOUR AVAILABILITY SETTINGS BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT CONFIRMED BOOKINGS CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED. IN CASE YOU DO NOT SHOW UP TO A CONFIRMED BOOKING, YOU WILL BE LIABLE TO PAY THE COMMISSION OWED TO INSTAGLAM, AND COULD FACE TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT REMOVAL FROM THE PLATFORM.
Lead Time is the minimum time required to be notified prior to a booking.
In case a cancellation happens:
Please contact us at +97150557477 to notify us if you are going to be late to a confirmed Booking so that we may notify the customer.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and no payment will be made to you. You will be liable to the commission owed to INSTAGLAM and maybe be temporarily or permanently removed from the platform.
Cheques or local wire transfers will be issued to INSTAGLAM Professionals on 21 day cycles.
